All our orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt to arrive with UK customers within five working days, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email to notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it is available. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Charges within the U.K.

Standard Delivery:
Cost £4.95 per delivery address. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (by courier):
Cost £10.95 per delivery address. A signature will be required.
Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT between Monday and Thursday and be to a delivery address within the UK.

Delivery Charges within Europe

£12.50 per delivery address. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch. A signature will be required.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

International Delivery

Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so please contact us on the number stated below within 7 working days of receipt of the items.

Damaged Goods Returns

If your order is damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. You must return the goods in the original packaging with the order reference number to the address given below within 15 days of receipt. A replacement product will be dispatched at no extra cost to you once the damaged goods have been received back.

Cancellation

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete orders, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refund time

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
